I am a born-again, Jesus-loving, Christ- following girl. That really is the heart of my identity. Yet in the last few years I found myself feeling totally and utterly lost. Life was, and still is sometimes, happening to me and I was so disengaged that everything I know about being a Christian wasn't really getting through. I hung on to faith by the shreds of bleeding fingers. For months on end the only prayer I could muster was "Help me...". Out of no doing of my own (it could only be the Lord) the cloud started to lift one day... long enough for me to gather the strength to take one step at a time back to who I am. And I'm still on that journey, just inviting you to come along.
